My recent visit to the hotel was primarily for leisure and exploration of Leiden. I was thoroughly impressed with the immaculate condition and thoughtful design of the facility. While everything met my expectations, I particularly appreciated the climate control feature in my double room, which added a significant level of comfort. The staff's politeness and willingness to assist enhanced my stay immensely. The combination of a serene location and excellent amenities truly made my experience memorable. I extend my gratitude to the hotel for a delightful stay that exceeded my expectations.
